The challenge was that Namma Yatri was originally designed for Bangalore, reflecting the city’s unique identity. As the platform expanded to multiple states and is gearing up for International launch, we needed to redesign it to resonate with a broader audience while maintaining brand consistency.

Once the driver arrived, we wanted to highlight what makes them great — things like good ratings, reliability, or being nearby, so riders feel more confident and are less likely to cancel.
