ProjectBoard is a platform that hosts and manages STEM events, empowering students to showcase ideas and solve real-world problems. Before its launch, project collaboration was scattered across chats and drives, causing delays and confusion.
To solve this, I designed ProjectBoard+ , a collaborative workspace that brings planning, feedback, and progress tracking together — making teamwork seamless for students and educators alike.
The result: smoother project management, higher engagement in STEM programs, and now adopted by multiple educational boards to power their annual innovation fairs.

To understand how students and educators interacted with the platform, I attended the Canada-Wide Science Fair in Edmonton, Alberta, observing participants use ProjectBoard in real-time. Below are the insights i uncovered.

Once all mandatory sections are completed, the "Go Live" option is activated for the admin. They receive a notification confirming the event's eligibility, along with details about the event timeline based on their subscription.
